his practice as a business and corporate attorney, Mr. Lombardo counsels CEOs and CFOs of
companies, ranging in size from small family owned businesses to
multinational corporations having a presence in the Buffalo, New York area, in various industries including
real estate, printing, furniture
manufacturing, construction, medical manufacturing, waste disposal,
retail,
education support, and steel distribution concerning a variety of
matters,
including business formation and restructuring, asset financing,
business
acquisitions and sales (stock and asset based), contracts, governmental
compliance issues, and proceedings before administrative agencies.
Mr. Lombardo's MBA provides a background that allows
him to focus on understanding the business objective when a client
is faced with a legal issue that needs to be addressed.

providing teachers, other personnel, books and other materials to a
school located in foreign country that enables the school to obtain an
accreditation so that an education can be provided similar to an
education that could be obtained in the United States for the families
of employees of the US government and of multinational corporations
located in the foreign country.
Assisted
a client in obtaining a franchise for a business that uses a
process to stablize instead of replacing concrete.
